School sports play a vital role in the physical and mental development of students. Sports provide an opportunity for students to exercise and maintain their physical fitness, develop teamwork skills, and learn the importance of discipline, hard work, and perseverance. Participating in sports also helps students develop leadership skills and improve their self-confidence. They learn how to communicate effectively with their teammates, how to take direction from their coaches, and how to take responsibility for their actions on and off the field. At Sanskaram students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field, and more. The school has a dedicated team of coaches who work with the students to develop their skills and prepare them for competition.
